The head of the Soviet district Rustem Gafarov suggested to extend the functionality of the green corner of Kazan. According to him, steep slopes of the forest allow considering to create a Sky Park here, as well as bridges over ravines. At the first stage, paths can be paved by already trodden lines.

According to Rustem Gafarov, about 200 thousand people live in districts Azino 1 and Azino 2, as well as in the Privolzhsky area, so the need to create places of mass recreation of citizens in walking distance really exists. Natalia Fishman also agreed that this green area provided to be the least well-kept.

In Kazan Year of parks and gardens began earlier than in the whole republic.
