(KZN.RU, February 28, Elena Chembaeva). 100% of sloping roofs of housing stock were cleaned from snow. Alexander Lobov, Deputy Head of Improvements and Housing Maintenance and Utilities reported about it at today’s Business Monday.
As Mr. Lobov noted, together with the Administrative-Technical Inspection Department They could not find about 300 owners of commercial buildings with sloping roofs.
“300 buildings is not a high rate but even one building will be enough if something happens”, Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin stressed.
According to legislation punitive sanctions for timeless clean of roofs for entities is 10-30 thousand rubles, for official bodies – 2-3 thousand rubles.
Ilsur Metshin claimed all departments to intensify work against irresponsible owners of commercial buildings with unclean sloping roofs.
