Clean of housing stock roofs is planned to finish by the end of the week

(KZN.RU, February 14, Renat Shirmanov).  Kazan continues to remove snow from roofs. At the Business Monday Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan called the heads of city enterprises and different institutions to prevent snow from going down.

Schools, kindergartens, and other social objects as well as the housing stock are paid attention.

The roofs of big shopping centers, industrial establishments and other constructions are cleaned out.

“Heads of hospitals, schools, enterprises, etc. should be responsible for roofs maintenance. It is heads who must be responsible. However some of them manage to appoint anybody as a person-in-charge – from street-cleaner to fitter”, Ilsur Metshin said.  

Also Mayor of Kazan called employees of housing services to use new technology. “We have a lot of universities with a good scientific foundation and a teaching personnel. We have an industrial park. We have to address to them and find out what new technologies can be applied. We live in a region of petroleum chemistry and probably a chemical composition which prevents roofs from icing exists”, Ilsur Metshin said.

Recall that the Privolzhsky district uses a manual rotor to clean flat roofs. The idea belongs to LLC Poisk.
