The third session of the Kazan City Duma will be held on December 29

(KZN.RU, December 22, Elena Chembaeva). The third session of Kazan city Duma of the second convocation will be held on December 29 at 10 A.M. This has been decided today at the last meeting of Kazan City Duma Presidium. 11 members of Presidium presented out of 13. There is a quorum for a decision.

There will be 18 items on the agenda of the upcoming next Wednesday's session. It is planned to review the results of implementation of five programs on the session; the implementation is completed by 2010: education development in 2008-2010, Modernization of Health Care in Kazan in 2007-2010, E-Kazan, energy savings of Kazan in 2006-2010, comprehensive development of communal infrastructure of Kazan.

Farit Garayev, the Chairman of Kazan election Commission will report of Kazan Electoral Commission on the receipt and expenditure of budgetary funds allocated for Kazan City Duma elections of the second convocation, on the receipt and expenditure of election funds of candidates, electoral associations.
Denis Kalinkin, the Head of the Staff of the Executive Committee of Kazan will report on two issues relating to the territorial bodies of the Executive Committee.

Onthe session deputies also have to amend the decision of Kazan City Duma on Kazan budget for 2010, 2011 and for planning period in 2012 and 2013. Airat Garipov, the head of the Financial Department will report on these two issues as well as on the municipal budget and governmental institutions.

The investment program for MUE Kazenergo for 2010-2012 will be considered on the session among the issues.

It is suggested finishing the preparation work for the upcoming session up to December 24.
