The new Head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kazan is Rustem Kadyrov

 (KZN.RU, December 27, Olga Gertsev). Today at a timely meeting Rustam Kadyrov, the new Head has been presented to the staff of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kazan.

Asgat Safarov, the Minister of Internal Affairs of RT first took the floor who thanked the Kazan garrison for their good work. He introduced the new Head as the most worthy candidate out of all; he is an experienced official passed the way in the Ministry of Internal Affairs from the district militia officer and the operative authorized officer, he is an educated specialist who graduated from Kazan Technological University, Kazan Law Institute. He had served in Chechnya for 6 months and declared himself well there. Rustem Kadyrov was the Deputy Chief of the Legal Department; 10 years headed the Criminal Investigation Department of Internal Affairs in Kazan.

Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan congratulated Alexei Selivanovskiy with a new responsible assignment; he became the Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of RT; we have to note that he established himself in Nizhnekamsk, and in Kazan: "protection of the internal order, and all that associated with personnel is a complicated work. As the Mayor I can to declare that the staff headed by Alexey Vladimirovich coped with the tasks which have been put by the time, the leadership of the republic, the Ministry of Interior Affairs and the city. A lot of work has been done in all areas". The Mayor thanked Alexei Selivanovskiy for his work and wished him success in his new position. The Mayor of Kazan also noted Rustem Kadyrov as an experienced professional who has proved himself in previous positions, and expressed confidence that he will cope with the challenges ahead: providing protection in Kazan Universiade-2013 and World Cup-2018.

Alexei Selivanovsky turned to former colleagues: "We always sorrow as parting with the team, with that we passed a significant part of our life. In 5 minutes these 2,5 years flashed before my eyes. Today I want to thank Asgat Akhmetovich, Ilsur Raisovich for their support”. He expressed confidence that the staff of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Kazan is ready to solve any problems.

Rustem Kadyrov, the new Head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kazan in his turn thanked for the confidence and promised to justify it.
In conclusion the Mayor of Kazan asked the Internal Security Department to provide protection of law and order during the New Year holidays in Kazan, until January 10.
