Six district administrations of Kazan are eliminated

 (KZN.RU, December 29, Elena Chembaeva). The deputies had decided today on the third session of Kazan city Duma of the second convocation to eliminate 6 district administrations of Kazan. The Deputies also decided to change the type of existing local government institutions of the Executive Committee of Kazan.
Denis Kalinkin, the Head of the Executive Committee Staff of Kazan informed in his report that there will be the administration of the Aviastroitelny and Novo-Savinovsky districts, the administration of the Vakhitovsky and Privolzhsky districts, the administration of the Kirovsky and Moskovsky districts which will govern on the territory of the corresponding districts. Now  the functions of the territorial bodies of the Executive Committee were carried out by seven administrative districts.

Also the deputies decided to change the type of existing local government institutions of the Executive Committee of Kazan. As informed Denis Kalinkin, in accordance with the Federal law № 83-FL amending some legislative acts of the Russian Federation legislator substantially changed the legal regulation of the budget sector in connection with the improvement of the legal status of government institutions. Thus particularly the requirements have been changed for the legal-organizational forms in the structural units of the executive-administrative body of local government endowed with legal body rights. These bodies should now have the status of the municipal governmental institutions.
