Ilsur Metshin taught young Kazan residents to plant flowers and to take care of plants

(Kazan City KZN.RU, July 30, Adelia Galieva). Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin with young Kazan residents planted flowers in front of the puppet theater "Ekiyat" today.

An impromptu master class from the head of the city for children took place at the opening of the "Flower Festival 2015". At the festival Mayor of Kazan along with other citizens visited the projects of landscape design from the 16 companies, examined the latest trends on the improvement and landscaping. Then the Mayor visited the children's eco-educational action - a master class for kids. Under the leadership of the gardeners more than 20 children learned how to plant flowers, thus getting used to participate in the life of the city and take care of the plants.

Ilsur Metshin joined the action and helped Vanya, serious little boy age 5, to perform a responsible job. Together they planted bright marigolds, which will decorate the area in front of the Puppet Theater. And with the other participant of the action Camilla the Mayor poured newly planted flowers. The head of the city praised his young helpers for their contribution to greening of Kazan. Also, the Mayor of Kazan thanked the parents for the upbringing of wonderful kids and that moms and dads have taught children to love nature and their city from an early age.

The result of the action has become a real garden, planted by children - one more blooming island in the streets.
