The Center for General Medical Practice and Pediatrics will serve up to
100 visitors per day, including residents of Borisoglebskoe and surrounding
villages. They will receive primary pre-medical and medical care, including
diagnostics and treatment for various diseases, collection of biological
materials, and vaccinations. The center has been equipped with all necessary
equipment and facilities for this purpose. A team of doctors, including
therapists, pediatricians, surgeons, ophthalmologists, and other specialists
will work at the center. The facility will begin accepting patients on January
27. The construction of this medical center was supported by the national
healthcare project.
Presently,
about 3,750 people live in Borisoglebskoe: 3,000 adults and 750 children. They
receive medical care at two hospitals: the children's city clinical hospital
№7, located 4 kilometers from the village, and the city clinical hospital №12,
located 7 kilometers away from the residential area. As the population of the
village grew due to the construction of new houses, it became necessary to
provide additional medical services. It is expected that residents of Kazan
from neighboring areas will also use this hospital. Work began in May 2024 and
ended in January 2025.
The opening ceremony of the Center for General Medical Practice and
Pediatrics was attended by the Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin, Ivan Deyev, the
Director of the Department of Monitoring, Analysis, and Strategic Development of
the Russian Ministry of Health; and Marsel Minnullin, the Tatarstan Minister of
Health.
The one-story center, with an area of almost 400 square meters, will
provide primary pre-medical and medical healthcare in outpatient conditions:
diagnosis and treatment for various diseases, as well as ambulance and
emergency services, monitoring chronic patients, preventive examinations and
medical check-ups. The hospital has treatment rooms and vaccination areas for
biomaterial collection and vaccinations. Specialists will be available for
appointments.
The outpatient clinic has two departments: pediatrics and general practice.
Marat Galiullin, the head physician of Children's City Clinical Hospital №7, heads
the pediatric department, while Ramil Akhmetov, the head of City Clinical
Hospital №12, manages the adult department. According to Akhmetov, most of the medical
staff were recruited from City Hospital №12.
It is planned that approximately 100 people will be served the outpatient
clinic per day. The medical team consists of a pediatrician, general
practitioner, paramedic, obstetrician, surgeon, optometrist, and nurses. They
will begin accepting patients on January 27.
Convenient access roads and ample parking have been provided for patients
of the center. Comfortable conditions have also been created, with
well-equipped waiting rooms, and spacious halls providing a pleasant
experience.
