Ilsur Metshin to the 3-millionth Kazan tourist: “Your arrival is a historical event for us!”

(KZN.RU, November 9, Ksenia Shvetsova). Ilsur Metshin, The Mayor of Kazan, met with 25-year-old Daria Chepur from Moscow, the three millionth tourist of the capital city of Tatarstan, who arrived in the city today's morning. 

I.Metshin and the anniversary Kazan guest saw Kazan from the Ferris wheel “Around the world” in the “Riviera”. Daria Chepur shared with the Mayor with her first impressions of the city: from the morning she had time to see it out of the limousine window and from the height of bird's flight, flying on the helicopter. Also Daria told about her plans: she dreamed to conduct the wedding in Kazan. 

According to guest's words, such splendid and hospitable reception seemed to occur all of a sudden for her. “Of course, I knew that the trip would be unusual, but I did not expect these events, - D.Chepur told, - I was lucky very much, all these things were unusual. I have just arrived and already received much emotions! I flew on the for the first time - Kazan is tremendously beautiful from the height of bird's flight! I thought that was going to be scary, but it wasn't - flying a plane is much more scared for me“. 

Daria told the Mayor that she and her groom Vladimir planed to conduct their wedding in Kazan. Flying on the helicopter, she had time to see from height the building of the Centre of the family “Kazan” and remained under impression: “This is one of the most beautiful buildings not only in our country, but also in the world”.

 “The arrival of the three-millionth tourist is a long-awaited, historically significant event for us. We pay much attention to development of tourist branch, and the tourist rating has risen to 5 times for 10 years“, - I.Metshin told guest.

 The three millionth tourist will have an entertainment program: a river trip through Kazanka, visit the night parties, excursions, holidays and different workshops of the most delicious dishes of the Tatar national cuisine.
