I. Metshin expressed his condolences on the tragedy at the Kerch Polytechnic College
(KZN.RU, October 17). Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, sent a telegram with words of condolences to Sergey Borozdin, the head of the Kerch City Administration.
“Dear Sergey Borozdin!
On behalf of the residents of Kazan, accept sincere condolences on the tragedy at the Kerch Polytechnic College. A huge misfortune unexpectedly came to the families. I ask you to convey the words of deep empathy for all the families and friends of the victims, and wishes for a speedy recovery to the victims. Residents of Kazan grieve with you”, says the telegram.
This afternoon, there was a series of explosions and shooting in the Kerch Polytechnic College. According to the latest data, 19 people died, 52 were injured, reports the TASS with reference to the United Duty Dispatch Service of Kerch. The Investigation Committee established that an 18-year-old student arranged shooting at an educational institution. Residents of Kazan organized a national memorial where they leave flowers and candles in memory of the victims.
