The house №5 in the residential complex “MChS” has been commissioned

(KZN.RU, October 2, Alsu Safina). The house №5 in the residential complex “MChS” with 102 apartments has been commissioned Akademik Gubkin Street. Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, visited the site today. He noted that they were looking for a solution for this house for about three years. Works on the long-term construction started less than a year ago and were completed in a short time. According to the head of the city, the residential complex is becoming more and more comfortable and filled with life with each new house delivered.

The construction of the 5th house of the residential complex started in 2012. In 2014, it stopped due to problems encountered by the developer the OOO “Fon”. Then the house was ready by about 30%. The framework was completely erected, the brickwork of the walls was partially made.

The construction has been resumed about a year ago; the contractor at the project was the OOO “Ak Tash”. An agreement was concluded with the contracting company. It transfers a plot of federal land adjacent to a residential complex, on which Ak Tash builds a house (RC “Triumf”). In turn, the company pledged to complete all work at the 5th house of the residential complex “MChS”. In less than a year, the brickwork of the walls was completed, all communications were made, internal work was carried out, and elevators were installed. A modern playground was located in the yard of the house.

On September 27, the Inspectorate of State Construction Supervision of the RT issued a conclusion on compliance with the requirements of technical regulations and project documentation for residential building №5 in the residential complex “MChS”. Today permission to commission this 6-access building has been received. “So many years we have been driving past this “monument”! It looked hopeless. I cannot believe that they built this house. What the eye fears, the hands do”, said the Mayor of Kazan, who came to congratulate the next shareholders with a joyful event. The Mayor thanked everyone who was able to complete this long-awaited object.

In total, the house has 4 one-room apartments, 48 two-room, 43 three-room, and 7 four-room apartments, all of which are made in a rough finish. The Mayor of Kazan inspected two apartments. Azat Nigmatzyanov, the first deputy head of the Kazan Executive Committee, showed the Mayor fire detectors installed according to new standards for security purposes. There was a fire hose in the bathroom, locks on the windows so that children could not open them, and heat meters on the batteries. Ilsur Metshin was pleased with the degree of readiness of the apartments, noting the high quality of construction.

The non-residential part of the house includes two rooms (each a little less than 700 square meters). They are prepared for house stores, which were not originally in the plans. A. Nigmatzyanov explained that now the funds from the sale or lease of these premises will be used to further solve the problems of deceived shareholders.

The house also provides underground parking for 58 cars. Also, parking zones are located above the store and on the local area. In total, 118 parking spots have been prepared. The head of the city examined the underground parking. I. Metshin noted that the parking turned out to be comfortable, roomy and high level. According to him, this once again confirms the correctness of the decision taken at the time about parking. “For 10 years we have delivered about 9 million square meters of housing, and how motorization has grown! If all these cars were on the street... The problem still remains, but life shows the correctness of a timely urban planning decision”, believes the Mayor.

Shareholders who gathered at the long-awaited house today thanked the head of the city for support and completion of construction. “When the neighboring house was delivered, every entrance was collected in bits. I asked: “When is the fifth house?” Then, there was no solution in my head how to get to it”, said I. Metshin. “I thank the builders and you for your patience. I remember when in the autumn of 2015 we came here, there was a despair. And now even the weather celebrates that we won this house. Be happy in this house so that you and our life will not have more such situations”, wished I. Metshin.

The “MChS” still has 3 more unfinished houses: №2, №3, and №4. Azat Nigmatzyanov said that now the project of the 3rd house has passed the examination. It is planned to build the 4th house according to the standard project of the 3rd house.
