(KZN.RU, August 20, Alsu Safina). Marat Zakirov heads the Directorate of Parks and Squares of Kazan. Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, introduced the new head at the Business Monday.
In 2011-2013, Marat Zakirov headed the Directorate of Festive Programs, and then worked in the Executive Directorate of Sports Projects, which was subsequently renamed the Directorate of Sports and Social Projects.
“He is our colleague, together, we held all the most significant events of the last 10 years”, said the head of the city. “Exactly 10 years ago, he came to the Secretariat of the Head of the Executive Committee.
