Residents of the Kirovsky districts help to equip 7 yards under the co-financing program

(KZN.RU, June 28, Ksenia Shvetsova). 7 yards will be repaired in the Kirovsky district of Kazan under the co-financing program for the improvement of the adjacent territory of apartment buildings. In total, 1.48 million rubles will be collected by November this year. Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, was told about it by Ilsur Khismatullin, the head of management company “Zarechie”, during the report on the main results of the work of the MC.

The management company “Zarechie” has been working for 12 years. It civers 539 apartment buildings in the Kirovsky district. 64.4 thousand people live there. Ilsur Khismatullin said that 60% of the serviced houses are over 50 years old and required major repairs for a long time. Since 2006, 106 houses have been repaired, and another 253 are planned to be repaired until 2022. In addition, 16 emergency houses were resettled last year.

The “Safe City” program is actively implemented in the district. Last year 463 cameras were installed, this year this work continues. 117 cameras have been installed since the beginning of the year. In addition, 550 trees were planted, more than 13 km of ownerless overhead cable lines were dismantled, and sports and play equipment for children's playgrounds were purchased and installed by the MC last year.

Separately, the speaker mentioned the activities that take place timed to the 100th anniversary of Yudino. 147 million rubles was additionally allocated to repair 24 houses of the settlement. In addition, 27 million rubles have been allocated for repairs of 9 adjacent territories.

According to I. Khismatullin, the attitude towards the city is changing among the residents due to such large-scale works on capital repair of houses and renovation of yard territories. “The environment educates the citizens, people have a different attitude. They understand that we need to protect the created beauty and try to further improve the city, keep it clean”, said the speaker. Significant results in the transformation of the external appearance of the district will be achieved through a co-financing program for the improvement of the adjacent territories of apartment buildings. Sergey Mironov, the head of the Kirovsky and Moskovsky districts’ administration, explained that for the city this experience is still new. But it is already noticeable that the citizens are ready to support it. Yards, for the repair of which the residents vote, are improved in the first place. “Last year there were two such territories, this year we already have seven”, noted S. Mironov.

I. Khismatullin said that the total amount of the collection for 7 yards will be 1.48 million rubles. I. Metshin noted that the citizens should be told about the program as much as possible. According to the head of the city, many will want to participate in the repair of their yard. “It is necessary to first calculate how much money you need. Conditions are differs”, said the Mayor. The overhaul of the yards has already started, the renewal of all the territories will be completed in the next year.

Also in the course of the report, I. Khismatullin said that the debt of the MC to resource-supplying organizations is decreasing. In many respects, it was possible due to the work on collection of debts from the population.
