The residential part of the house №1 in the RC “MChS” in Kazan is delivered

(KZN.RU, April 25, Alsu Safina). The residential part of the house №1 for 527 apartments of the RC “MChS” in Kazan was completely delivered. Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, congratulated shareholder of 72 apartments on the delivering of the last 18-storey block.

The Mayor of Kazan inspected a two-room apartment on the first floor of a one-unit block G. Azat Nigmatzyanov, the first deputy head of the Executive Committee, said that about 100 families live in the first house today. Soon the management company together with the owners plans to resolve the issue of cars entering the yard of the house. “This is already the issue of the tenants themselves, the management of their housing stock. Our business was to prepare apartments, hand over the keys”, noted I. Metshin. “Let's hope that they will be happy and efficient owners”.

Speaking with the shareholders, the head of the city noted that the work on the delivery of the house took 1.5 years. “The house is big, it has 527 apartments in it. According to the standards, such a house is supposed to be built in almost 2 years. The final block for 72 apartments was completed, so happy housewarming”, congratulated Ilsur Metshin.

Shareholders thanked the Mayor and also asked him a number of questions. For example, they were interested in the situation with non-residential premises. Some of the non-residential premises have been delivered, and now there is work carried out there. Ilsur Metshin assured that these issues will be gradually resolved. “We have given priority to renting apartments, this is the most important and basic thing”, he marked.

Works are also being carried out on the construction site of the second house. In the near future, a crane will be installed to complete the reinforced concrete frame of a high-rise 18-storey block. The neighboring block A cannot be delivered without it. The house is also planned to be delivered in stages, by blocks.

As for the third and fourth houses, they did not have design estimates. Now the project of the third house is in the final stage. After that, the documents will be submitted for examination and the conclusion. It is assumed that the project will become a model and will be used in the construction of not just the third, but also the fourth house.

“You are not alone. We daily control all questions of defrauded shareholders”, said Ilsur Metshin. He reminded that on behalf of Rustam Minnikhanov, the President of the RT, a fund was created in Tatarstan in support of shareholders. “In any case, it will be easier. If before there was nothing happening at all, no resources, now there is a decree of the President of the RT, which allows us to finish building houses at the expense of land. Now the fund is accumulating. So we will finish constructing”, said I. Metshin.

At the end of the meeting, the Mayor of Kazan wished a happy housewarming. “May this sun be in your apartments, your heart, and your families”.
