The XXV session of the Kazan City Duma has started

(KZN.RU, April 17). The XXV session of the Kazan City Duma of the third convocation began in the column hall of the Kazan City Hall. 35 out of 49 deputies are present, there is a quorum for decision-making. Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, conducts a meeting. Also, Yuri Kamaltynov, the deputy chairman of the State Council of the RT, deputies of the State Council of the RT, representatives of the republican ministries and departments, heads and officials of the Kazan Executive Committee, city prosecutor, chairman of the Kazan Control Chamber, chairman of the City Election Commission, representatives of public organizations and territorial public organizations municipalities participate in the session.

Deputies approved the agenda of 16 issues:

1. About the implementation of the Strategy of social and economic development of Kazan until 2030;

2. About the execution of the budget of the Municipality of Kazan for 2017;

3. About making amends to the decision of the Kazan City Duma “On the budget of the Municipality of Kazan for 2018 and the planning period of 2019-2020”;

4. About making amends to the decision of the Kazan City Duma “On the budget process in the Municipality of Kazan”;

5. About making amends to the decision of the Kazan City Duma “On commissions on the affairs of minors and protection of their rights”;

6. About making amends to certain decisions of the Kazan City Duma on the structural units of the Executive Committee of Kazan;

7. About making amends to the decision of the Kazan City Duma “On the size and terms of payment for persons who replace municipal positions of local government and municipal bodies of Kazan on a regular basis”;

8. About making amends to the decision of the Kazan City Duma “On the establishment of the amount of official salaries of municipal employees in Kazan, the amount of monthly and other additional payments and the procedure for their implementation”;

9. About approval of the additional agreement to the contract with the head of the Executive Committee of the Municipality of Kazan;

10. About making amends to the map of town planning regulations of Land Use and Development of Kazan;

11. About making amends to the Rules for the improvement of Kazan;
