The house for 346 apartments was delivered in the RC “Vozrozhdenie”

(KZN.RU, February 1, Alsu Safina). The first of the three houses in the residential complex “Vozrozhdenie” in Kazan was delivered ahead of schedule. About a third of apartments in the house on Rotarnaya, №27B belong to shareholders of the “FON”. Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, congratulated them on the future house-warming.

The neighboring “Vozrozhdenie” and “Symphony” were originally one residential complex. Azat Nigmatzyanov, the first deputy head of the Executive Committee, reminded that three houses were withdrawn from the “Fon” in May 2016 by a contract and transferred to the construction company “Briz”. “In fact, the work began in October 2016. There was nothing here then. And now such a big house appeared in a short time. All work on the site was completed in December. Now 346 apartments are ready for moving in”, noted A. Nigmatzyanov. He drew attention to the fact that by the contract, the house was to be delivered in June 2018. But it was possible to do it almost six months earlier.

It is also expected to deliver two other houses of RC “Vozrozhdenie” before the scheduled dates at the end of this year and in 2019.

Andrey Belyakov, the general director of the “Briz”, said that about 35% of the apartments in the house belong to the shareholders of the “Fon”.

The first deputy head of the Executive Committee also noted that the management company “Nash Dom” has already started its activities in the house. According to the new standards, the house has installed heating meters. If the owner doesn’t live in the apartment at the moment or left for a while, he can cover the heat in his apartment. Due to this, the management company's savings on heat can reach 40%.

The Mayor of Kazan highly appreciated the quality of housing and thanked the developers for the work. “You did everything as was planned and even ahead of schedule. Keep it up”, said the head of the city.

Speaking with shareholders, Ilsur Metshin reminded that they met in 2016. “The developer had obligations that the house would be done in June 2018. Today is only the beginning of February, and we can already congratulate you on your future housewarming and wish happiness to everyone”, said the Mayor and added that the works will be continued at other sites.

Ilsur Metshin drew attention to the fact that there is a kindergarten next to the house and it is planned to build a school in the micro-district in the future.

The shareholders who came to the meeting thanked the Mayor for the support and timely resolution of the issues that arose during the construction.

In the middle of December, a house for 180 apartments in the RC “Symphony” was delivered by the company “Briz”, and shareholders created a housebuilding cooperative. It is planned to deliver another house of the RC “Symphony” according to the same scheme.
