Ilsur Metshin: “It is evident that the micro-district is coming to life”

(KZN.RU, January 25, Alsu Safina). Another block for 94 apartments was delivered in the first house of the problem housing complex “MChS”. Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, noted at the meeting with the shareholders of the GC “Fon” that the work in this house will be completed soon, and systemic work is being done on other objects of the residential complex.

Today Ilsur Metshin examined one of the three-room apartments in the delivered block. Azat Nigmatzyanov, the first deputy head of the Executive Committee, drew attention to the fact that only one-entrance block “G” for 72 apartments remains unaccounted for in the first house of the RC “MChS”. According to him, graphics have been prepared, it is planned to approve them in the near future and conclude an agreement between GC “Fon” and “SK Stroy”, which will complete this block.

Shareholders of the “Fon” at a meeting with the Mayor noted that this is a joyful and long-awaited event, and this raises their spirits. They thanked the head of the city and the Executive Committee for their help, support, and assistance in solving this problem, and invited the head of the city to a housewarming party.

“We understand the difficult situation you faced. There are not enough resources, our power”, noted Ilsur Metshin. “Thanks to the President of the RT who supports us and made a decision on the land. There is not a single similar house. We find a solution for each one”.

The Mayor of Kazan expressed gratitude to shareholders for their understanding, and also thanked the first deputy head of the Executive Committee and contractors OOO “SK Stroy”, which prepared the next block for delivery.

The Mayor also said that the issue of lighting had been resolved. In addition, patching of the road will be done in the spring. “We will expand the road when a lot of equipment stops traveling to neighboring houses”, he said.

“You can tell by cars and paths that the micro-district is coming to life”, noted the head of the city. He wished the new settlers happiness and health. “And we are starting to take up neighboring houses, the work there is already going on”, said I. Metshin and noted that the RC “MChS” will become a full-fledged micro-district.

Now the planned works are being conducted in the second house of the residential complex, including communications, there is the concreting carried out in the fifth house of the section (102 apartments) where non-residential retail premises will be located.

Rustem Gafarov, the head of the Sovetsky district administration, Diana Akhmetzyanova, the director of the OOO “Fon-Riviera”, Sergey Orlov, the technical director of the GC “Fon”, and others visited the RC “MChS” together with the Mayor.
