The shareholders of the house №3 in the RC “Molodezhny”: “You promised and did, we are very happy”

(KZN.RU, December 27, Alsu Safina). On the eve of the New Year, another problematic object was delivered in Kazan: house №3 in the residential complex “Molodezhny” for 112 apartments. Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, congratulated the shareholders of the “Fon” with a joyful event.

Only one of the five houses of the residential complex was delivered at that moment: house №4 for 231 apartments. It was put into operation in autumn 2015. Two-entrance house №3 was in a high level of readiness. It was completed by the company “Dorstroy Komplektatsiya”, headed by Rustam Ramazanov, the deputy of the Kazan City Duma. In the summer Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, visited the site, then the plastering works were conducted in the apartments.

Now, when the work was completed, the head of the city inspected one of the three-room apartments in the house №3. “The quality is quite good, the house managed to warm up so you can start making finishing works”, commented the Mayor. “Well done, you fulfilled your obligations. It is important that you did it on the eve of the New Year”, he added referring to Azat Nigmatzyanov, the first deputy head of the Executive Committee, and the builders. “It’s just a week but the difference between December 25 and January 2 is great. Now new settlers will celebrate the New Year with a different mood”.

Ilsur Metshin thanked shareholders for their patience and organization. “We did what we promised even with a delay. Thanks to our contractors, to Azat Nigmatzyanov and all those who took part”, said the Mayor.

The Mayor drew attention to the fact that there is not a single house with similar problems. “We live in the same city, with same residents and leadership but each house has its own bunch of questions”, said Ilsur Metshiyin.

According to the Mayor, one of the difficulties associated with the RC “Molodezhny” houses was that most of the apartments were sold, and there were very few assets that could be used for completion. “Thanks to the President of the RT, the first decree on the land (on Serov Street – ed.) was signed, and we sent resources to your home”, explained the Mayor.

He noted that the next object of this residential complex, where the work will continue, will be house №1, then – the house №2. The most difficult is the house №5, which is at the stage of the piles.

The shareholders thanked the leadership of the republic, the Mayor of Kazan, the first deputy head of the Executive Committee for help and support. “You promised and did. We are very happy”, they said.

“I wish you happiness and happy New Year! May we meet only on a good occasion”, the Mayor of Kazan wished at last. The shareholders and the head of the city made a photo in memory of the delivery of the long-awaited object.

Rustem Gafarov, the head of the Sovetsky district’s administration, Marcel Abdulkhakov, the head of the housing policy department, and others also took part in the meeting.
