The house of entrepreneur opened in Kazan

(KZN.RU, December 11). The opening of the entrepreneur's house took place in Kazan on Peterburgskaya Street, № 22. Rustam Minnikhanov, the President of the RT, Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, Savva Shipov, the deputy minister of Economic Development of the RF, Artem Zdunov, the minister of Economy of the RT, and others took part in the ceremony.

As the President of the RT was informed by Artem Zdunov, the multifunctional center will represent more than 180 services in the single-window mode. It is designed to provide quality and comfortable services to entrepreneurs.

The first floor of the building includes a multifunctional service center for business and the branch of the “Sberbank”, the Regional Leasing Center was located on the second floor. The third floor of the house of the entrepreneur will soon be occupied by the training center, co-working area, etc.

Six specialists work in a multifunctional center, they will represent more than 180 services in the single-window mode. Services of the “Rosreestr”, the MSP corporations are very popular among entrepreneurs, said Elena Guryanova, the head of the house of entrepreneurs.

Rustam Minnikhanov was presented with an electronic resource “Proven Business”, where a database on the passage of inspections is posted, reports the portal of the Tatarstan Government Portal.

Speaking at the opening of the center, Rustam Minnikhanov thanked the management of the “Sberbank” and personally German Gref for supporting the project. It is necessary to replicate the scheme of working with the business with a possible way to the federal level, he believes. Savva Shipov, the deputy minister of Economic Development of the RF, noted that when an entrepreneur feels the interest from the state, he begins to perceive him as an assistant and partner. The federal official thanked the leadership of the republic for the implemented initiative.

Rustam Minnikhanov got acquainted with the activity of the additional office of the multifunctional center for rendering services to the population in the Privolzhsky district of Kazan. The service center was opened on November 10 this year in the premises of the Sberbank branch on Procpect Pobedy . State and municipal services to individuals and legal entities are provided in a one-window mode. The President of the RT was told about the work of the center, the types of services provided and the technical equipment of the office. It was also noted that special attention is paid to the transfer of public services to the extraterritorial mode of work. From January 1 next year, it will be possible to apply to the multifunctional center in any place, regardless of the resident’s registration place. Vladimir Putin, the President of Russia, signed the relevant law in early December.
