(KZN.RU, December 5). Rustam
Minnikhanov, the President of Tatarstan, visited two new production facilities
on the territory of the technopolis “Himgrad”. The head of the republic got
acquainted with the work of the production of the OOO “Scientific andProduction
Enterprise “Irvis” and the OOO “Cotton Way”. Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan,
accompanied the President of the RT.
The total investment in these
projects amounted to more than 1 billion rubles. The OOO “SPE “Irvis” is
engaged in the production of flow measurement instruments, the volume of
non-aggressive combustible, and inert gases, as well as scientific research in
the field of fluid dynamics, gases, and heat exchange intensification. The
enterprise was founded in 1990 based on the aircraft engines department of KSTU
named after A. Tupolev (KAI). Over the years, the company has produced more
than 10 thousand flow meters of technically important gases, including in
commercial metering units for natural and associated petroleum gases, water
vapor. The products are delivered to the facilities of the national economy of
Russia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, and Uzbekistan. The consumers
of the products are the PAO “Gazprom”, the PAO “NK Rosneft”, the PAO “Lukoil”, the
PAO “Tatneft”, the OAO “Surgutneftegaz”, the PAO “Gazprom Neft”.
The accumulated experience and
effective management of the enterprise allowed the OOO “SP"” Irvis” to
implement a new project to expand production capabilities in the territory of
the technopolis “Himgrad”. The investment agreement on the implementation of
the project “Organization of the Production of flow measurement instruments,
the volume of non-aggressive combustible and inert gases in the territory of the
“Himgrad” was signed between the enterprises on February 16, 2015.
Rustam Minnikhanov was told
about the company's history, development plans and about new developments. The
President of the RT noted the innovative component of production, the use of
scientific achievements.
The OOO “Cotton Way” is the
founder and the leader of the Russian market of services for leasing and
professional processing of textiles (laundry, dry cleaning, disinfection). The
company's subdivisions are located in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Kazan, Nizhny
Novgorod, Novosibirsk, and Omsk. The staff consists of more than 2000 people.
The project was launched in
the republic in April 2012 and is aimed to support the program of the region to
introduce modern world standards of rendering social services to the
population. The project is implemented with the active assistance of the
Ministry of Economy of the RT and the Ministry of Health of the RT. The company
cooperates with the leading medical institutions of the region to provide
clothes for renting, overalls, and surgical textiles and also provides sanitary
safety of textiles through the use of modern industrial technologies for its
processing.
The investment agreement was
signed on September 1, 2015. It was about the conduct of industrial and
production activities on the territory of the technopolis “Himgrad”, aimed at
the implementation of the investment project “Creation of an industrial and
logistics complex in Kazan to provide services for leasing soft equipment for
the needs of the Ministry of Health of the RT”.
The launch of such production
qualitatively changes the way of life and the appearance of medical
institutions, said Rustam Minnikhanov. Provision of hospitals with quality bed
linen and other accessories are solved through outsourcing now, he said.
The President of the RT also marked
that the company provides the necessary linen for 53 medical institutions. “We
see the most modern technologies that provide sterility and purity. Thanks to
outsourcing, we facilitate the life of our medical institutions and we achieve
high quality at the same time. These elements are very important and necessary”,
said the head of the republic.
Rustam Minnikhanov noted that
the company has plans to introduce services at large industrial enterprises
(overalls). He expressed confidence that the company will continue to develop
and expand production, according to the Tatarstan Government Portal.
Earlier, Vladimir Putin, the
President of Russia, spoke about the development of light industry in Russia as
one of the strategic tasks. “It is important to support the growth of business
activity in our light industry, to stimulate the emergence of new and
successful productions. And, of course, it is necessary to solve systemic
issues that impede the effective development of the industry”, noted Vladimir
Putin.
