his diplomatic mission in the capital of the RT and transition to a new post.

had worked in Kazan flew very quickly. The Consul General remembered the years
of his work in the city. “I am glad that I was a witness of all, dare I say
this, the great events that took place in Kazan, starting with the Universiade
2013”, Askhat Nuskabay shared his memories.
"Many
gratitude to you as the Mayor of this unique city. Kazan is a dream for many
Russians. Many foreigners want to visit here, to see the city. Thank you for
your support and warmth. Another person will come and, of course, he will feel
this support as well”, said the Consul General.
He also
said that he already had visited Rustam Minnikhanov, the President of the RT,
who presented him the award “For Valorous Labor”. “It's very rare in our
diplomatic practice”, said A. Nuskabay.

both Russia and Tatarstan residents in every way. “Rarely, when I'm going
somewhere, I feel like I’m home. In Kazakhstan, it feels exactly like that. We
will continue to work to strengthen our relations, business and cultural bonds.
Deepest gratitude to all our brotherly people of Kazakhstan in your face”, said
