(KZN.RU, November 7, Mikhail Chentsov). Ilsur Metshin, the
Mayor of Kazan, held a regular working meeting on the territory of the “Salavat
Cupere” with the participation of about three dozen residents of the district.
The Mayor told the new settlers about the decisions taken on the results of
their first meeting. In a short time, there was organized street lighting in
the yards of new buildings on the streets Zilantovskaya, Fattakh, Ayrat
Arslanov, and Zarechie.
During the visit of the Mayor to the “Salavat Cupere” 3
weeks ago, the residents of the district raised the issues of transport
accessibility of the micro-district, lack of street lighting, a children's polyclinic,
and a pharmacy.
Today the Mayor informed the gathered residents about a
number of decisions already taken. In particular, the city authorities agreed
with the GZhF about the premises for the children's polyclinic. By prior
arrangement, it will be located on the Zarechie Prospect, №28. “We will adjust
the work so that the opening is in the next year”, said the Mayor of Kazan.
Until the children's polyclinic is opened, a number of small buses will be
launched to the polyclinic in Yudino so that mothers with children will have an
easier time getting to health care. “You will know the schedule and we will
take you for these six months until the children's polyclinic appears here”,
said the Mayor.
According to Ilsur Metshin, today the city authorities
together with the Ministry of Transport and Road Facilities of the RT are
considering the possibility of expanding the streets Osinovskaya and Fattakh.
In addition, there is a discussion of the prospects for the construction of an
understudy road leading to the “Salavat Cupere” from Tetsovskaya Street. The
relevant appeal is addressed to the President of the RT. At the moment, the
preliminary cost of works is set at 120 million rubles. “We hope that there
will be a decision for the next year”, noted the Mayor.
After the capital reconstruction of this road, it will be
possible to extend bus route №62 to the “Salavat Cupere”, said Aidar
Abdulkhakov, the chairman of the Committee on Transport, who attended the
meeting. So far, the safety requirements of the State Traffic Safety
Inspectorate don’t allow a bus to pass through it. It is necessary to make
lighting, install bus-stops and stop pockets, etc.
“You applied and we made a decision, the resolution of the
Executive Committee was signed. The route №62 operates but we cannot prolong it
without permission of the traffic police. I want to say that we don’t just hear
you, we already made decisions”, said Ilsur Metshin and once again stressed
that the next stage of improvement involves constructing a road with lighting.
The local residents appealed to the Mayor with an
alternative solution, which, in their opinion, would help relieve the traffic
flow during the construction of the relief road. “There is a road along Yusupov
Street, which runs through the village of Zalesny. It must be connected with
the Khibinskaya to provide another exit to the city and entry. This at least
somehow would unload Osinovskaya Street”, suggested Alena Shamseeva on behalf
of the residents. The head of the city promised to analyze this option.
During the time that has passed since the previous meeting,
the residents of the “Salavat Cupere” have accumulated new questions. So, Asiya
Gilmutdinova raised the topic of security in the neighborhood and noted that
the neighborhood needs its own police station.
Sergey Mironov, the head of the Kirovsky and Moskovsky
districts’ administration, said that a separate police station will appear in
the micro-district at the beginning of next year. “The Internal Affairs
Directorate plans to complete the repair work in January and there will be a
separate police station. For now, we are sending our department of public order
protection for duty”, he explained.
The opening of the MFC, the post office in the “Salavat
Cupere”, the arrangement of flat parking lots, and others were among issues,
raised by local residents at the meeting.
“We will thoroughly work out each issue, and I will report
these wishes to the President on your behalf. I will let you know about all the
decisions”, summed up the Mayor of Kazan.
The residents thanked the head of the city for the meeting.
“It’s very good that we are in dialogue, that our problems and tasks are heard
at the highest level”, noted Alena Shamseeva.
Before the meeting with residents, the head of the capital
of the RT visited the local adult clinic “Spasenie” and the kindergarten №134.
4 blocks, which include 22 houses, are built within the
first stage of the residential complex. 11 houses for 3264 apartments were
delivered and settled in the residential area.
