(KZN.RU,
October 17, Mikhail Chentsov). Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, met with the
residents of the “Salavat Cupere” the day before and listened to their wishes
regarding the development and improvement of the new district. The Mayor
instructed to collect all the requests of the residents in one schedule with
the terms of solving the above tasks.
Within the
first stage, 4 blocks are built in a residential complex, which includes 22
houses. Currently, 10 houses for 3009 apartments are delivered and settled in a
residential area, and the number of residents will only grow with each house
delivered. Today, another house №6 on Arslanov Street (building №12-5) is
rented in the “Salavat Cupere”, where 255 families will receive keys from new
apartments.
Rustam
Minnikhanov, the President of the RT, set the task of integrated development of
the territory when residential buildings and social facilities are being built
simultaneously, landscaping is being carried out, and new roads are being laid.
“In Asino, we built a house and then kindergartens after 15 years, etc. And in
the “Salavat Cupere”, two kindergartens were built along with housing, and the
school will be ready on September 1”, said the Mayor at the meeting.
The Mayor
of Kazan discussed with residents of this housing estate how to make life in
the “Salavat Cupere” more comfortable after the completion of construction
projects. About three dozen people came to the meeting. On behalf of the
residents, Alena Shamseeva who lives in the house №11 on Arslanov Street
addressed to the head of the capital of Tatarstan with a series of requests and
wishes. According to her, one of the issues that are relevant for local
residents is street lighting. “It's very dark. Children return from school
after the second shift from the Zalesny, from Osinovo in darkness”, she said.
“We are
waiting for the customer and the contractor to finish all the work and give us
the documentation so that we can provide the light. It's a matter of time”,
marked the Mayor of Kazan. Nevertheless, he instructed Igor Kulyazhev, the
deputy head of the Executive Committee and the chairman of the Committee for
External Improvement, to speed up the solution of the issue with illumination.
The woman
also complained about the work of public transport and noted that the only
route is constantly crowded because of a large number of people. According to
her, the need to build a relief road grows bigger, in order to save the local
population from frequent traffic jams. “In addition, we would like to ask
transport from here to Yudino because we don’t have a children's clinic.
Mothers with children have to go to Zalesny and change buses to get to the
polyclinic in Yudino”, A. Shamseeva shared with the Mayor. She also added that
it was promised to equip the pediatrician's office in the 13th quarter of the
“Salavat Cupere” but there are no movements in this direction yet. At the end
of September, an adult clinic opened in Salavat Cooper, which can serve up to
18 thousand people.
Ravia
Nafikova, a pensioner who often comes to the residential area to visit children
and grandchildren, addressed Ilsur Metshin as well. “There is a store but there
are no pharmacies in the nearest territory”, she said.
According
to Sergey Mironov, the head of the Kirovsky and Moskovsky districts’
administration, who was also present at the meeting, the district authorities
regularly meet with the business community, and entrepreneurs promise to open
pharmacies.
Alena
Shamseeva noticed that some residents are not moving to the apartments yet
because of the lack of school and full kindergartens. The school will be ready
by September 1, said the Mayor. And the construction of another kindergarten is
under consideration. Two preschool establishments (kindergartens №133 and134
with a capacity of 260 beds each) are completely full for today.
At the end
of the meeting, Ilsur Metshin noted that all questions of local residents are
constantly controlled by city authorities. “You are profoundly familiar with
all topics, no worse than my deputies or the head of the district. You can
already be my deputy for the “Salavat Cupere”. Thank you. We need such active
residents who would keep these issues under control and timely inform us”, he
told Alena Shamseeva. The Mayor also instructed the head of the Kirovsky
district together with the residents to make a list of all the observations and
to submit a report with the deadline for completion.
Iskander
Giniyatullin, the deputy head of the Executive Committee and chairman of the
Housing and Communal Service Committee, also took part in the meeting.
