Another unfinished building was delivered in Kazan

(KZN.RU, October 5, Alsu Safina). Another problem house in Kazan was delivered: a 17-story unfinished building with a closed multi-level parking on Chetaev Street, №42a. Its construction began in 2005 but later the developer went bankrupt, and the work was suspended. In recent years, the construction took place under the supervision of city structures and supervisory bodies. Today Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, congratulated shareholders who were waiting for the project to be delivered for 12 years.

The head of the city, accompanied by Azat Nigmatzyanov, the first deputy head of the Executive Committee, inspected one of the apartments on the ground floor of the house. I. Metshin asked Elmira Tazieva, the head of the management company, in what condition the house is and whether everything is ready for tenants. She confirmed the readiness of the object.

“In 2005, the first piles were clogged, then, unfortunately, the company went bankrupt. The company ZAO “Vektr” came. It’s completed but not as fast as we would like. Another house is done, 128 apartments”, noted I. Metshin and thanked the audience for their patience.

The construction was started by the company “ElitStroy”, which intended to deliver the facility in December 2008. But by this time, the unfinished object was only a 10-storey monolithic frame. The developer went bankrupt, and the house was found problematic. After that, the ZAO “Vektr” purchased a land plot from the auction and received the permission to build a 17-storey building with a parking lot of a closed type in 2014.

According to Albert Galiev, the director of the contract organization OOO “Osnovanie”, it was required to conduct additional work to strengthen the existing frame at the facility. The house was equipped with serious engineering communications, fire extinguishing systems, and comfortable elevators were installed. The construction was completed, and the shareholders were able to enter their apartments.

Amina Gataullina, the head of the initiative group of shareholders of this house, which contributed money for the construction of a one-room apartment on October 5, 2005, called today's event a real holiday. “At last, the happy moment has come, we are glad that today we will get the opportunity to become real owners of our apartments. Yesterday we’ve got an apartment and soon will start to make repairs and settle in”, she noted.

“It’s a sunny day and the event is joyful”, noted I. Metshin. He drew attention to the good location of the house. There are kindergartens, schools, trade objects, public transport stops nearby. “Be happy in the new housing!”, wished the Mayor the shareholders.

“We solve the problems of defrauded shareholders step by step and we hope that this problem will not arise anymore”, he summed up. It was planned to deliver 6 problem objects until the end of the year. The first one was the fourth block for 136 apartments on Urmanche Street in the RC “Solnechy Gorod”. Now the construction site on Chetaev Street has delivered.
