Rustam Minnikhanov visited the new office of the OAO “TAIF” in Kazan

(KZN.RU, September 20). Today, Rustam Minnikhanov, the President of the RT, visited the new office building of the OAO “TAIF” in Kazan. Asgat Safarov, the head of the Presidential Administration of the RT, Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, Natalia Fishman, an assistant to the President of the RT, and Albert Shigabutdinov, the general director of the OAO “TAIF”, accompanied him.

During the inspection of the new office, Marat Norkin, the general contractor, director of the OOO “Ikrea Hi-Tech”, said that energy-saving technologies were used in the construction. Rustam Minnikhanov asked about the operation of the radiant heating-cooling system, ventilation, and intelligent blinds. He noted the uniqueness of this facility and offered to present a new office building of the “TAIF” at the exhibition of energy efficiency.

The President of the RT was informed that the energy saving technologies, used in the office center, were selected with the help of the German Institute of Building Physics of the Fraunhofer Society at the design stage. Today the representative of the Institute gave Albert Shigabutdinov the integrated energy calculation for the office center. Based on it, the power consumption of the office center will be reduced by half, compared to the average Russian office.

Also, a delegation of entrepreneurs from Italy attended the negotiations. They told the President of the RT about projects that they propose to develop in the territory of the republic jointly with the Group of Companies “TAIF”, reports the press service of the President of the RT.
