Ilsur Metshin topped the August rating of capitals’ heads of the VFD
(KZN.RU, September 13). Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, took the first place in the media-rating of the information-analytical system “Medialogia” among the capitals’ heads of the Volga Federal District subjects for August 2017.
The media-index of Ilsur Metshin made 13211.1 points, according to the analysis of federal and regional mass media. The media reported that the Mayor of Kazan offered to introduce in practice the reports of school principals to parents and teachers. The media also wrote that the head of the city visited the “Flower Festival” site at the Puppet Theater “Ekiyat” and shared his opinion on what compositions can decorate the city for the World Cup. In addition, Ilsur Metshin visited the house №52 on Chuikov Street and communicated with the tenants of 28 apartments, which were flooded during the roof overhaul due to bad weather conditions.
The second and third places of the media-rating were taken by the heads of Nizhny Novgorod and Saratov, respectively.
The rating is based on the media base “Medialogia” system, consisting of more than 42200 of the most influential sources: TV, radio, newspapers, magazines, news agencies, and online media. The Mayor of Kazan has repeatedly led the monthly media-ratings of the first capitals’ persons of the VFD subjects.
