More than 90 thousand people took part in celebrating of the Day Kazan and the Republic
(KZN.RU, September 4). More than 90 thousand Kazan citizens and guests of the city visited the sites where the celebration of the Day of the City and the Republic took place. Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, reported this during a traditional staff meeting in the Executive Committee today.
The Mayor noted that, despite the rather cloudy weather, Kazan worthily and beautifully celebrated the day. “No resonant violations were committed, for which I thank the personnel of law enforcement agencies. The city services have managed well in the organizing all mass events, all the tasks have been accomplished. I want to thank everyone for the great work. There are new tasks ahead of us as always”, said I. Metshin.
