Ilsur Metshin held a personal reception of citizens

(KZN.RU, June 20, Anton Nozdrin). Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, held a personal reception of citizens today. The meeting with the residents took place in the Executive Committee. Citizens appealed to the head of the Tatarstan’s capital with questions concerning the improvement of the yards territory, the repair of roads, and the construction of schools.

Vitaly Kornilov, the inhabitant of the Moskovsky district, has addressed to the Mayor with the request about an accomplishment of a yard territory of houses №81, 83, and 85 on Blyukher Street. According to him, this is a long-standing problem for residents. V. Kornilov told I. Metshin that he lives in his house for all his life. Recently, major repairs have been carried out there. Local residents are very grateful to the city authorities and contractors for their work. “There are no complaints about the work”, said V. Kornilov. However, the yard remains in an unpleasant state.

The Mayor of Kazan said that the territory was included in the program of major repairs of the yards for the current year. He noted that the works are planned to be completed by September. Sergey Mironov, the head of the of the Kirovsky and Moskovsky districts’ administration, said that it is planned to arrange additional sidewalks through the yard of the house № 27 on Serov Street during of the work and also to install garden fixtures.

Marat Vagizov, the chairman of the TSG “Privolny-Vishnevka”, and Damir Imangulov, the chairman of the TOS “Vostochny”, addressed the Mayor of Kazan with the question of building a new bridge over the Noksa River. The flood of 2016 led to the erosion of the bridge’s base and the formation of holes on the roadway. Currently, the process of destruction continues. The problem is relevant from year to year, noted the visitors. They also reminded that the bridge is the only roadway that connects villages Privolny, Salmachi, Chernopenye, Vostochny, and Vishnevka with each other and the city. More than 10 thousand people live on the territory of residential areas. Ilsur Metshin instructed Rustem Gafarov, the head of the Sovetsky district’s administration, to work out this issue in detail. “We will look for ways to solve the problem”, said the Mayor of Kazan.

Tatyana Izmaylova, a Kazan citizen, appealed to I. Metshin with a request for repair of the village road leading to the cemetery in the Kadyshevo village. According to her, a small plot of 200 meters is in poor condition. Timur Alibaev, the head of the Aviastroitelny and Novo-Savinovsky districts’ administration, said that in 2015, a decision was made to repair this road according to the program of road ballasting in rural settlements. However, this plot is located in the security zone of the main gas pipeline and the ethylene pipeline, because of which the OOO “Gazprom transgaz Kazan” prohibited to carry out any repairs there. Currently, several solutions have been developed, in particular, the erection of protective shields or the construction of a new road. I. Metshin assured the citizen that he will hold meetings with the leadership of the organization to resolve the issue.

At the reception, residents also raised questions about the construction of new schools. As they noted, the existing educational institutions function in two shifts with the excess of design capacity. The Mayor told the citizens that in the current year, two schools will be opened in the capital of Tatarstan, built according to the federal target program. There will be in the residential complex “Sedmoe Nebo” and on the 2nd Azinskaya Street. I. Metshin noted that there really is a need in the city for the construction of new schools and assured the residents that special attention is paid to the solving of this problem.

Ilsur Hadiullin, the head of the Education Department, and Andrei Lobov, the head of the Vakhitovsky and Privolzhsky districts’ administration, also took part in the reception.
