I. Metshin: “Residents of 136 apartments can be congratulated with the new home”

(KZN.RU, June 9, Alsu Safina). The last, the fourth block section on B. Urmanche Street in the RC “Solnechy Gorod”, which includes 136 apartments, is almost finished. The shareholder will be able to celebrate the housewarming in the near future. It will be put into operation after finishing the work on the stylobate, which is part of the construct of the house. Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, visited the site to inspect the construction progress. He noted during the conversation with the shareholders that all construction and assembly works are planned to be completed in June. After that, the house will be let out in the summer. In autumn, it is planned to complete the work at the pedestrian overpass, which residents of the micro-district are waiting with great impatience.

“Shareholders of the “Fon”, along with the shareholders of the “Svey” are our main headache for today on the issue of defrauded shareholders. The issues that we discussed at the last meeting have been resolved. In June, we will finish all construction work and proceed to the letting the house out”, said the Mayor informed. “For us, this is another step towards in solving the problem of deceived shareholders. Soon you will receive the keys to the apartments. You can already be congratulated with the future new homes”, said I. Metshin and assured that the work of remaining problem points will be continued.

Ilsur Metshin, accompanied by Azat Nigmatzyanov, the first deputy head of the Executive Committee, got acquainted with the progress of work on the stylobate and the scheme of the travel organization. Works on improvement and roadworks are underway at the stylobate now.

Lenar Safiullin, the executive director of the construction company “Stroymash”, reported to the Mayor of Kazan on the readiness of the house. According to him, ventilation and smoke removal systems are being checked in the section, complex testing of fire safety systems is conducted, and cosmetic work is being carried out for now. There are works on the installation of heating systems, water supply, sewerage, as well as finishing works in the offices on the first and ground floors.

In parallel with the construction of the section, a pedestrian overpass is being prepared for commissioning, which adjoins the stylobate. Due to the fact that the ring branch of tramway №5 will continue there, the pedestrian overpass will be raised by 1 meter. Andrey Kulikov, the director of the contract organization and the construction company “Asco-Group”, noted that additional works will also be carried out, including the installation of a lighting system, arrangement of a derailment from a pedestrian overpass and installation of an elevator.

The pedestrian overpass was made back in 2008 while building the road on B. Urmanche Street. However, the facility, as well as the road, was not completed due to lack of funding. At the previous meeting with the Mayor, the residents of the other blocks complained about the absence of a normal road and pedestrian overpass, which created inconvenience, first of all, for children studying at the nearest school. “We turned to Rustam Minnikhanov, the President of Tatarstan, and he allocated funds to complete this pedestrian overpass. We plan to complete its construction in October”, the Mayor told the residents of the house.

Marcel Abdulkhakov, the head of the Housing Policy Department, Marat Samigulin, the head of Capital Construction and Reconstruction Department, Sergey Orlov, the technical director of GC “Fon”, Diana Ahmetzyanova, the director of the OOO “Fon-Riviera”, and representatives of contract organizations took part in the event.
