June 2, Mikhail Chentsov). Today Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of the Tatarstan’s
capital, congratulated the staff of the Committee of Land and Property
Relations (CLPR) of Kazan on the 25th anniversary of its foundation. The solemn
event was held in the City Hall.
The Mayor
of Kazan noted that 25 years passed quickly but brightly and productive, as
evidenced by the positive changes that occurred and are taking place in the
capital of Tatarstan. The staff of the CLPR makes a significant contribution.
“It is difficult to overestimate the role, played by the CLPR in the formation
of the tax base, the formation of the business environment, the development of
small and medium-sized businesses. You are on the front line with our
residents, entrepreneurs, and our partners in industry and business. The face
of power and our success depends on how you conduct a dialogue with them. You
do it better than everyone else. We can be proud of it, and we have clear plans
for the realization of our future”, marked the Mayor of Kazan. The entire staff
was also encouraged by the letter of gratitude of the Mayor of Kazan for
conscientious work and significant contribution to the development of the land
and property complex of Kazan. In addition, the employees of the CLPR were
awarded a number of city and departmental awards during the solemn event.
The Committee
for the Management of Communal Property was established in 1992. In 2006, it
changed its name as a result of the reorganization and became the Committee for
Land and Property Relations. Such important areas of work as the program of
preferential rent of municipal premises, which was already used by dozens of
Kazan entrepreneurs, are on the current agenda of the committee. In addition,
the structural unit participates in the formation of the Kazan’s budget and
also protects land legislation and municipal property. At the end of 2016, the
CLPR sent more than 2 billion rubles to the city’s treasury.
Renat
Galyautdinov, the chairman of the Committee for Land and Property Relations,
thanked all colleagues for their appreciation of the work of the CLPR. “I am
very pleased that our services were appreciated. I want to wish that we support
and raised even higher the level that was set by our predecessors”, he said.
Rustam
Nigmatullin, the first deputy Prime Minister of the RT, Azat Khamaev, the
Minister of Land and Property Relations of the RT, Airat Nurutdinov, the
assistant to the President of the RT, Denis Kalinkin, the head of the Executive
Committee, heads of structural units of the Executive Committee, heads of
districts’ administrations of Kazan, and others also took part in the event.
