(KZN.RU, on May 15, Anton Nozdrin). The authority of Rustam Nigmatullin, Kazan City Duma deputy, first deputy head of the city, is terminated ahead of schedule due to his appointment to the position of the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan.
It was decided at the XVI off-schedule Kazan City Duma session with the Mayor Ilsur Metshin as a chairman.
“Rustam Nigmatullin deserves the most sincere words of gratitude for more than 20 years of faultless service in city administration,” - I.Metshin said. According to Mayor, it is a great responsibility but also a great trust from the President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Prime Minister of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin that R.Nigmatullin was appointed to the position of the First Deputy Prime Minister of Tatarstan.
The Mayor of Kazan noted that R.Nigmatullin is a great professional and a person who went all the way through all the types of administrational work. “He always handled the hardest directions of work. Everyone knew his ability to professionally resolve difficult issues,” - I. Metshin emphasized. - “Rustam Nigmatullin always was and remains a reliable person. We wish him best of luck,” – the Mayor said.
R. Nigmatullin, in turn, thanked colleagues in Executive committee for collaboration. “We have always worked for the benefit of people of our city. The decision made by the President and the Prime Minister of Tatarstan would be impossible without you. Without you I wouldn't become a professional,” - R. Nigmatullin addressed deputies and heads of departments of Executive committee of the city. The first Deputy Prime Minister hoped for further effective cooperation. “Common efforts will help to solve any problem", - R. Nigmatullin emphasized.
