(KZN.RU, April 21). Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, congratulated employees of municipalities on the Day of Local Self-Government.

Truly professional people are needed in order to organize and conduct such large-scale events, which there are many in the rich chronicle of our city, and to achieve high results in the implementation of many socially significant programs. The enormous work of local self-government employees is behind each of our achievements. They put all their efforts into solving the most difficult problems, sometimes they perform imperceptible, but very significant work, from which the quality of life of Kazan citizens depends directly.
