Specialists of points of public order, employees of the Internal Affairs Directorate, Rospotrebnadzor and the veterinary service will be involved in raids, aimed at identifying unscrupulous entrepreneurs. Ivan Kuznetsov, the deputy head of the Kazan Executive Committee for Economic Development, spoke about this in a report on organizing of a seasonal trade in 2017 today at the traditional staff meeting in the City Hall.

Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, noted that the order in street trading is important in itself. “When we talk about legal street trading, we, first of all, talk about the quality of products, about the cleanliness around trade outlets, about the safety of our residents and the external appearance of Kazan”, said the Mayor. He also instructed I. Kuznetsov to report on next Business Monday on the intermediate results of the two-month campaign against unauthorized trade.

“It is important that those businessmen who won auctions, who work within the rules, receive our support. If there will be unscrupulous entrepreneurs trading next to them, then of course all our efforts will be in vain. Therefore, I ask the heads of districts, our Internal Affairs Directorate, all the forces that work within the framework of the people's police, to pay close attention to this issue”, said the Mayor.

“We must be well informed and know who works, how and where. This is important on the eve of the summer season and the mass of forthcoming events. Once again I say that there are no trifles here, so let's continue our work after the auctions”, summed up I. Metshin.
