(KZN.RU,
April 3). Almost 80% of applications of large families to obtain land plots
will be satisfied in Kazan after the distribution of new 4800 plots. Ilsur
Metshin, the Mayor of the Tatarstan’s capital, at today’s Business Monday
assessed the complexity of this program by 10 points on a 10-point scale and
noted that the problems, related to equipping the sites with engineering and
road infrastructure, remain.
“There are
many complex issues that are in our competence and that we systematically try
to solve. But the program to provide land plots of large families could be
given 10 points on a 10-point scale on the complexity of implementation”, said
the Mayor. The scarcity of land and the lack of sources of financing for
infrastructure development are among the main problems.
Renat
Galyautdinov, the chairman of the Committee of Land and Property Relations,
said that monthly administrations of city districts register from 100 to 120
large families. “If in February 2012, the list of citizens entitled to free
land acquisition included 1158 Kazan families, then in five years this number
increased eight times and today includes 9,425 families”, he said. Most of them
(8,418 families) are families with three children, in the remaining families
four or more children are brought up.
“There is a
forward movement. Much work has been done. Today we are ready to allocate and
issue 4,800 land plots, previously about 2900 land plots were allocated to
large families of Kazan. We will satisfy almost 80% of applications taking into
account the new plots. This is a good result”, marked I. Metshin.
The work
was completed in the city to involve in the economic circulation of six new
land territories, intended for the allocation to large families. 2000 families
with many children will be able to obtain plots in Sokury and Kaimary, near the
residential areas of Konstantinovka and Bolshie Derbyshki in Kazan, and 2,800
families - in the Dachny and Krasnoselsky rural settlements of the Vysokogorsky
region.
The Mayor
of Kazan drew attention to the fact that there are problems with the
infrastructure. Today they are solved jointly with network companies and with
the help of the republican program, which involves the construction of crushed
stone roads.
So, the
work to provide electricity to land, located east of the Kaimary village, held
within the investment program for 2015-2019 AO “Network Company”. In addition,
in 2015, the construction of a crushed stone road was carried out there in the
framework of funds, allocated from the republican budget for road works
commissioned by the State Institution “Glavtatdortrans”.
“Now we are
at the start of a new large-scale distribution of land. I ask all services,
first of all, the Committee of Land and Property Relations, to do everything to
ensure that the plots are mastered as soon as possible, and they need to be
formalized and allocated for this”, concluded Ilsur Metshin.
