Deputy Head of the Executive Committee of Kazan on Housing goes to the team of "Rostekhnologii-Invest"

Alexander Lobov left a post of the deputy head of the Executive Committee of Kazan on housing and communal services in connection with the transition to the position of deputy general director for infrastructure projects in the utilities at the company "Rostekhnologii-Invest", where he will oversee the implementation of a pilot project on waste management. Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin thanked him for his work and introduced the new deputy head of the Executive Committee of Kazan for Housing Giniyatullin Iskander, chairman of the Housing Committee.

The Mayor recalled that according to the Resolution of the Russian Government, Kazan was selected as one of the sites for a pilot project for the disposal of solid waste with zero balance. "We are currently involved in the construction of waste incineration plant. The project includes Moscow, Moscow region and Kazan. Kazan took the work on building waste recycling plant first. We are the only city that has a clear, transparent and understandable schemes and partners in the terms of collection, removal, sorting and recycling of waste", - the Mayor said.

According to the Mayor, the company "Rostec", who oversees the project, invited Alexander Lobov to the team, taking into account the experience that the RT capital has gained in this industry, he will move to Moscow to work in the "Rostekhnologii-invest". "We hope he will do everything possible so that this project has been implemented, but without forgetting that Kazan is the main city in this project. We have to show everyone what it can and should be implemented successfully", - the Mayor concluded.

Ilsur Metshin wished Alexander Lobov success in his new work and presented insignia "For faultless service the city of Kazan", noting his achievements in the implementation of important projects for the improvement of housing and utilities sector.

The Mayor stressed that this important area cannot remain without a supervising deputy, and announced the appointment of the Chairman of Housing Committee Iskander Giniyatullin as the deputy head of the Executive Committee. "We have decided to return to the circuit - the committee chairman - deputy head of the Executive Committee," - I. Metshin said and wished success to I.Giniyatullin.

He came in 2006 to the post of Deputy Head of Administration of Moskovsky district of Kazan, and then continued to work as the head of the district.
