Modern youth club will appear in place of the warehouses in Sovietsky district of Kazan

(Kazan City KZN.RU, May 12, Zilya Gayfi). In Sovietsky district of Kazan in the  Latysh Shooters Street it is planned to renovate youth club "Lemonade" to the end of June. In this neighborhood, which is home to 3.5 thousand children, this type of institution will appear in the first time and will be a welcome object. Progress of overhaul of teenage club was inspected by the Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin.

Teenage club "Lemonade" is a brand new facility, which will open in Sovietsky district. "Useful area of ​​the building is 500 sq.m. Over the years it housed stores, canteens and other facilities. The club will be multifunctional and will become a center for children's organizations, that will be able to work on youth projects", - Acting Chairman of the Committee on Children and Youth of Executive Committee Irina Bochkova said. Modern youth space will be equipped with a multi-function hall, two gyms, including for fitness and martial arts, photo and video studio, the studio theater, art classes and audiences for crafts.

Activities in the Tatar language - to develop the Tatar school of Club of Cheerful and Resourceful, create a Tatar theatrical and vocal studio – are also in the plans of the director Chulpan Hubbatullina. According to her, before taking a decision on the opening of various clubs, public opinion has been studied. The results of the poll on social networks showed that most parents are willing to send their children to study karate and chess. Ilsur Metshin praised the leadership of the club for what public opinion has been studied, noting the importance of working with people and getting feedback. First Deputy Head of the Executive Committee Damir Fattakhov, in turn, added that this practice will now be applied in all educational institutions for children.

"I know the area, good social infrastructure has been established here, and there are schools and kindergartens, upgraded playgrounds. Total 13 youth clubs will be repaired under the overhaul program in Kazan, "Lemonade" will be the 9th in a row that we will open this year, and 4 more clubs will be the next. Thanks to President of Tatarstan for the fact that together with the Ministry of Youth and Sport implementation of the program was launched last year. It is important that we modify municipal facilities in densely populated areas for the needs of children. "Lemonade" is not just something that will be, but an unexpected object for people, because there has never been such institutions. It is important to fill the walls with the active, diversified life, as our young people live today” - the Mayor said.

The workshop was attended by the head of Sovietsky district administration Rustem Gafarov, Deputy Minister of Youth and Sport of the Republic of Tatarstan Almaz Mingulov, General director of "Remontstroyservis" Minnegaray Nasibullin.

Recall that in 2016 the republican program of overhaul and strengthen the material base of youth clubs included four Kazan clubs "Lemonade", "Oriole", "Yashlek" and "Leader". 35 and 3 million rubles were allocated on the repair and purchase of equipment respectively.
