Ilsur Metshin topped the January rating of heads of capitals of VFD in version of "Medialogia"
(Kazan City KZN.RU, February 20). Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin won first place in media rating of information-analytical "Medialogia" system among the heads of the capitals of the Volga Federal District in January 2016.
Media index of Ilsur Metshin on the analysis of federal and regional mass media was 1763.11 points. Media mentioned that the Mayor of Kazan checked the progress of snow removal campaign in the capital of Tatarstan. Ilsur Metshin instructed to observe the deadlines for clearing snow from the main streets and avenues with large traffic flow strictly. The Mayor noted that the system of collection, removal and disposal of snow and designed snow export logistics in Kazan justify itself in the snowfall. Ilsur Metshin also supported the initiative of residents, who asked to name one of the streets after the famous philanthropist Asgat Galimzyanov.
Mayor of Saratov Oleg Grishchenko is in second place of media rating (597.26 points), the head of Penza Valery Saveliev – at the third (352.61 points).
Recall rating is based on the media base "Medialogia", consisting of more than 30,300 of the most influential sources: TV, radio, newspapers, magazines, news agencies, online media. Mayor of Kazan has repeatedly led the monthly media ratings of heads of capitals of VFD subjects.
