70% of Kazan respondents are confident in tomorrow

(Kazan City KZN.RU, January 25). Kazan has demonstrated the highest level of economic confidence: 70% of respondents are confident in their future. According to the Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin, it is an important indicator, which became possible thanks to the hard work of the residents and harmonious co-operation of all structures. Mayor commented results of the survey at the traditional staff meeting of the Executive Committee of the city.

The results of a poll conducted by the Center for Strategic Research of the company "Rosgosstrakh" in December 2015, appeared in the media last week. A study on the economic mood of the population took place in 38 major Russian cities. According to the study, among all the cities the highest level of economic confidence is observed among the residents of Kazan.

In addition to Kazan, residents of Izhevsk and Sevastopol feel the greatest confidence in their own future, the residents of Volgograd, Saratov, Togliatti - the smallest, according to the study.

"These opinions can be treated differently; in any case, it is an indicator of status of Kazan residents. Kazan has the first place, 70% of respondents are confident in the future, and this is very important - the spirit is primary! I am very pleased that thanks to our joint coordinated work and diligence of the citizens, we have confidence in the future", - Mayor said. The Mayor pointed out that the results of the survey confirm other indicators of the stability - such as increasing of the birth rate. Recall demographic results for 2015 were announced at the last Business Monday.
