I. Metshin instructed utilities to ensure timely removal and disposal of solid waste

(Kazan City KZN.RU, December 28, Zilya Gayfi). During the New Year holidays utilities of Kazan will be ready to move quickly to enhanced mode: the city cleaning will involve 29 rescue and recovery teams of 162 people and 49 units of equipment. 1577 janitors and 120 pieces of equipment will work for cleanliness and order in the yards. The chairman of the Committee of housing and communal services of the Executive Committee Iskander Giniyatullin told about readiness of utilities to clean the city of Kazan at holidays today at the Business Monday.

According to him, during the New Year celebrations planned outages of utility services are not expected, the turn off is only possible in emergency situations. For this occasion duty of 28 emergency crews consisting of 101 people will be organized.

Particular attention will be paid to the collection and disposal of solid waste. "The collection and removal of solid waste will be carried out every day, on Sundays - at the request of management companies. December 30 and 31 strengthened going out of technology equipment is planned. Every day 45 garbage trucks and loaders will work in the yards. In order to ensure the safety of residents and the prevention of terrorist threats basements and attics, fire systems of houses and dormitories are checked,"- Iskander Giniyatullin reported.

Mayor Ilsur Metshin instructed utilities to ensure timely removal and disposal of debris. "In the New Year's holidays the amount of trash in yards increases. “In recent years thanks to the work of the Committee of housing and communal services, district heads and managers of organizations we managed to solve this problem. To avoid disorder in the yards we have to go through every yard, assign responsibility to clean up. We have to be on full alert to any challenge, whether it's garbage collection, cleaning of snow or fighting with icicles"- the Mayor said.
