(Kazan City
KZN.RU, December 4). In the new residential complex "Light Valley" in
the Sovietsky district of Kazan kindergarten "Kyngyrau"
("Bell"), designed for 340 children, opened this week. Mayor Ilsur
Metshin congratulated kids and their parents with the opening of the biggest
kindergarten in the city, built by the federal program "Road Map".
"It is
a significant event for us - the biggest kindergarten in a residential area opened
under the federal program "Road Map" with the support of the
President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov," - I. Metshin noted
the scale of the project.
He also
stressed that a complex building, where in addition to residential buildings construction
of kindergartens, schools and other socially important facilities is envisaged,
becomes good tradition in Kazan. "We really want to make new houses with
social infrastructure. The developer of this district is doing its utmost to
Kazan residents live not only in comfortable accommodation with landscaped yards,
but also to children from the first days had a second home - kindergarten"
- Mayor thanked the builders for work.
Kindergarten
№177 of combined type is designed for 340 children, who will study in 17
groups. There are all the conditions for children in a large modern building -
a full catering department, bright and comfortable classrooms, music and sports
hall. How the head of the kindergarten Alfiya Lyapina told, large number of
different sections and groups are planned to open for the pupils of the
kindergarten - for study of English and Chinese languages, dance, gymnastics,
karate, wrestling, tennis. "We plan to cooperate with sports schools, so
that children can get a versatile pre-school education", - she said.
According
A.Lyapina, special attention in kindergarten is paid to teaching children the
basics of life safety.
Kids surprised
guests of kindergarten not only with their knowledge, but also with creative
numbers.
The Mayor
expressed confidence that a well-chosen teaching staff will provide the best
conditions for the development of children and can help to reveal their
potential. Alfiya Lyapina assured that teachers will be doing everything
possible to make kindergarten a second home for the children - bright and
comfortable.
At the end
of the holiday Ilsur Metshin handed the head of a kindergarten certificate for
the purchase of sports equipment and a sweet gift for the afternoon tea for
children. "Be happy, healthy, please us in everything, and we will do all
possible to make you live in the most beautiful, well-maintained, very safe and
happy city" - I. Metshin addressed to the pupils of the kindergarten with
good wishes.
Later in
the area "Light Valley" the development of social infrastructure will
be continued. Thus, two more kindergartens for 1020 children total, two schools
for 2,200 pupils, multi-level parking, pharmacy, post office and children's
clinics are planned to open in the complex.
