(Kazan City KZN.RU, 3 December). Today Russian President Vladimir Putin will deliver a message to the Federal Assembly. The ceremony of the announcement will be attended by the Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin.
The ceremony will take place in the St. George Hall of the Grand Kremlin Palace. Beginning is scheduled for 12.00 (Moscow time). More than 500 journalists accredited to cover the annual address. Journalists from Turkey, China, Europe, USA and others plan to visit the event.
TV channels "Russia" and "First" will carry live broadcast of the President's Message, the official website of the President informs.
