Ilsur Metshin headed the “National rating” of heads of subjects of the Russian capitals the third time in a row

(Kazan City KZN.RU, October 27). Mayor Ilsur Metshin again leads the “National rating” of heads of subjects of the Russian capitals. The head of the city for the third month takes the first place in the ranking. The large-scale study on the assessment of the popularity of the mayors of regional capitals and large financial and industrial centers of the Russian Federation was issued by the Center for Information communications "Rating".

The bulk of the information for the study was collected in the second half of September - mid-October of this year. The researchers of the ranking turned to open source materials and insider information. But the main focus of the study was paid to consider the opinions of regional and federal experts.

The leader of the October rankings became the head of the capital of Tatarstan Ilsur Metshin who is the first for the third month according to the experts of CIC "Rating". According to analysts, this year any of the study participants could not achieve such a result. Moreover, in 2015 none of the mayors was able to be at the head of the table even twice in a row.

According to the CIC "Rating", availability of the results of research in the regions of the Russian Federation of the social infrastructure for people with disabilities made by the All-Russian public organization "Union of Volunteers of Russia" with the support of the Center for Information Communications "Rating" played a role in it. According to its results the experts gave a positive assessment of the situation in Kazan and Tatarstan as a whole, which confidently took the third place of the ranking.

According to experts, Ilsur Metshin also continues to work successfully to resolve the current management tasks and supports new initiatives. So, as the authors of the study remind, in order to create a more "transparent" system of street trading personnel and organizational decisions were taken by the head of the capital of Tatarstan: a Committee of Consumer Market and Services, which will monitor the quality of products and ensure the communication of local authorities with the businessmen, appeared in the structure of the Executive Committee of the city. In addition, it was the decided to move outlets to parks and squares. This is expected to reduce spontaneous trade, eliminate the sale of counterfeit products and to minimize the loss of the city budget.

No less important role in the results of the rating played the decision on holding popular agricultural fairs. The experts also noted that in one area of ​​the capital of Tatarstan a program for separate waste collection launched. The management company is spending the savings at the expense of separate waste collection and further processing on the construction and equipping of playgrounds. Thus, according to analysts of the “National rating”, Mayor of Kazan successfully supports the image of an effective manager and saves the important resource of personal popularity.
