Ilsur Metshin elected as a president of FC "Rubin"
(Kazan City KZN.RU, September 4). Today a meeting of the Board of Trustees of the football club "Ruby" was held under the chairmanship of the Acting President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, resignation of the president of FC "Rubin" Valery Sorokin was adopted there.
Recall that Valery Sorokin declared about his resignation earlier.
The Board of Trustees thanked Valery Sorokin for serious work done as president of FC "Rubin", particularly in improving financial discipline and transparency of financial flows of FC "Rubin".
On the advice of Valery Sorokin, Ilsur Metshin was unanimously elected as a new president of FC "Rubin".
The Board of Trustees commissioned the new president of FC "Rubin" to terminate the contract with the head coach of FC "Rubin" Rinat Bilyaletdinov, the press service of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan says.
