According to the Mayor, the city authorities with the active participation of residents identified a number of priorities for the development of Kazan. Primarily I. Metshin noted plans to provide the population with comfortable housing and social infrastructure - urban policies, a new master plan of Kazan, the development of social mortgage, construction of kindergartens and repair of housing.
