(Kazan City KZN.RU, September 2, Albert Murtazin). XLV session of Kazan City Duma will be held on September 7 in the City Hall. This decision was taken today at a meeting of the Presidium of the Kazan City Duma, chaired by the Mayor of the capital of Tatarstan Ilsur Metshin. The meeting was attended by nine members of the Bureau, quorum for decision-making was present.
