I. Metshin handed awards at the meeting of XLIV session of Kazan City Duma
(Kazan City KZN.RU, August 3, Zilya Gayfi). Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin presented the city and national awards at the meeting of XLIV session of Kazan City Duma today.
The list of awardees includes the residents of Kazan, made a significant contribution to the development of Tatarstan and its capital. So, for many years of hard work and a great contribution to the improvement of activities of civil registration the Chairman of territorial election commission of Novo-Savinovsky district of Kazan Lyudmila Minniahmetova was awarded with the medal "For valorous work".
For contribution to the development of the housing sector and long-term fruitful work the honorary title "Honored Worker of housing and communal services of the Republic of Tatarstan" was given to the Deputy Director of Municipal Unitary Enterprise "Service of technical supervision over the implementation of programs of urban housing and communal services and external improvement" Valery Ovchinnikov.
For a great contribution to the protection of the population and territory of the republic gratitude of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan was declared the Chief of the Office of Civil Protection of the Executive Committee of Kazan Ferdinand Timurhanov.
For long-term hard work and contribution to the implementation of urban policy the Deputy Head of the Executive Committee of Kazan city planning permissions Sergei Obukhov was awarded with insignia "For faultless service for Kazan".
