Ilsur Metshin wished success of the opening of the World Cup-2015 to the actors

(Kazan City KZN.RU, July 24). A few minutes before the official start of the opening ceremony of the FINA World Cup Kazan Mayor Ilsur Metshin encouraged the actors of the large-scale show in ice-sports palace "Tatneft Arena". Behind the scenes, the head of the city along with the People's Artist of Russia Igor Krutoy wished the guys a successful performance and made a memorable photo with the actors.

About 200 ballet dancers, circus, dance groups, masters of synchronized swimming, as well as well-known singers from Tatarstan participated in the opening ceremony and the show "Pilgrim", the script of which is written by the creative team led by People's Artist of Russia Igor Krutoy and director Alexey Sechenov. Behind the scenes of "Tatneft-Arena" last preparations went on: the final touches of makeup, the warm-up before the dance, selfie in bright costumes and guidance of coaches and teachers before an important moment.

Many of the participants of the show already have the experience of playing at world-class events, such as the opening ceremony of the Universiade-2013 in Kazan. "It is important that you work as a large, close-knit team, it helps to go through nervousness before start. Universiade for all of us was a real culture shock, we have been experiencing over the fact whether we are able to represent adequately our cultural potential to the world. Now there is only joy for the upcoming big celebration, "- said the Mayor.
