Mayor's Office will help businesspeople to buy land
(KZN.RU, February 19, Renat Shirmanov). City authorities will not leave without attention heads of markets who have raised rent price dramatically. At the same time rental rate for parking owners will be reconsidered. Ilsur Metshin discussed this with heads of markets and parkings at the meeting.
The meeting was held within the work of the conciliation commission created on January 31.
“Our conciliation commission finishes its work. Naturally any increase is accompanied by a lively discussion. We have an idea about what direction we have to move on”, Ilsur Metshin said.
“We have already met with representatives for enterprises. Today we have decided to meet with you – heads of retail markets and parkings, because the majority of Kazan citizens use your services”, the Mayor said.
“Certainly we understand that the land tax increase coincided with the increase of housing and communal services pay and other expenses”, Ilsur Metshin said and suggested businesspeople expressing their opinions.
Ilsur Metshin assured businesspeople that he understood their problems and promised to view the issue on the nearest session of Kazan City Duma. Under his opinion the best way is to buy land. “We in our turn will help with all documentation and try to give favorable terms”, the Mayor assured.
