New micro district appears in Yudino
(KZN.RU, February 21, Elena Chembaeva). The Executive Committee of Kazan elaborates plans for housing construction under the social mortgage program for 2012. 100 thousand square meters will be built on H. Taktash Street, Chistopolskaya, Mozhayskogo, Fuchik streets. Also the Municipality elaborated an issue about the micro district creation in Yudino.
“We’d like to build there are at least 240 thousand square meters of housing in 2012-2013. A lot of shabby and repair houses exist in the settlement. The project realization helps to move Yudino to a new level, to make it attractive for investments”, Azat Nigmatzyanov, First Deputy Head of Urban Policy Department reported in his speech.
The project was approved by President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.
“Yudino is a good place. There is a necessary social infrastructure: a kindergarten, a school, a hospital; relatively good transport infrastructure: buses, electric trains. Moreover this is an ecologically clean place: the Volga, a forest, fresh air. This place will be fundamental for construction in the coming years”, Ilsur Metshin, Mayor of Kazan noted.
