Ilsur Metshin met with representatives of national associations-participants of the Confederations Cup
The event was held in the Kazan City Hall as part of the first day of the seminar for the teams participating in the tournament.
I. Metshin told representatives of national associations that Kazan received the honorary status of the sports capital of Russia due to the high level of holding a number of international events and a rich infrastructure, designed for the development of professional and mass sports. He also presented the main venue for the matches of the Confederations Cup: the stadium “Kazan Arena” and training zones.
Meetings on functional areas will be held during the second day of the seminar, such as accreditation, security, and logistics.
